Vendor neutral conversion

On Windows it is possible to use imzMLConverter to convert directly from raw data to imzML (assuming that ProteoWizard is already installed),regardless of which mass spectrometer was used to produce the data.

On Windows, Linux and OS X it is possible to use the docker version of imzMLConverter to convert directly from raw data to imzML.

Both tools produce valid imzML according to imzMLValidator.
